  • PB 14 April 2014 "We had a great time at Anassa and we give the resort 5/5.
The service was first class all round, the weather was good and the kids enjoyed the clubs. Having the heated pool was essential at this time of year even though our daughter and her friends spent as much time in the non heated as the heated pool.
    Thanks for the recommendation"

  • TP 06 April 2013 "We had a lovely time at Anassa. We were extremely impressed with the way the hotel was geared towards families with children, yet at the same time had smarter dining facilities that felt very adult. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the option to have children's food in our room or on the terrace for dinner worked very well. Our toddler loved the heated children's pool, the beach and the playground, and the watersports facilities were great for us. It was fantastic being in the main building because when we were downstairs having dinner we knew that if the babysitter called we could be up in the room within two minutes.

Just two minor comments of things that could be improved:
    - I do think that non-powered watersports (such as sailing, kayaking and windsurfing) should be free of charge, given the cost of the hotel.
    - On several occasions members of staff entered our rooms without knocking - they assume that if you don't have the 'do not disturb' sign on they are free to come in. There should be a doorbell that is audible throughout the room(s), and all staff should use it before entering.

We would definitely look at using Tots Too in the future, thank you for all your help."

  • SJB 11 July 2012 "As we got onto the plane to fly back from Paphos our daughter started crying because she didn't want to leave and I think we could all empathise with how she felt! The holiday was fantastic and I struggle to see how anyone could complain about the Anassa because for us it really was perfect and we had a dream holiday. All the staff were lovely and great with the kids. The rooms were beautiful and they very kindly upgraded my sister for free so she could be nearer us without as even asking. The pools were gorgeous and we had an amazing beach BBQ one night. The half board option was totally the right route for us to take and the food was beyond our expectations.
Thanks very much - we won't hesitate to recommend you and the Anassa."

  • MB 23 October 2011 "Just to let you know, we had a brilliant holiday - the rooms were great, the staff couldn't do enough to help us and the kids absolutely loved it. I was so impressed with your service, we will definitely be using Tots Too again!"

  • TM 15 October 2010 "We did have a lovely time and we enjoyed the resort. Our first impressions weren't great, as the greeting process and check-in was a bit weak (they didn't explain much about the resort so we were left to "figure it out" on our own), but as the week went on, we greww to like the Anassa more and more. The service (apart from front desk) was outstanding, with great staff in the restaurants, kids' club and the beach/pool area. The food was wonderful, some of the best we have had at a "family" oriented hotel, and the kids club was well staffed and provided lots of activities for the children. The beach was lovely and the water warm and clean, so we really enjoyed it overall. The rooms were a bit dated, but we heard that the hotel will be renovated and updated this winter, so that will probalby no longer be the case from next year...

The only part of the trip we did not enjoy was the long flight on EastJet. Do other airlines serve Paphos? It is difficult to leave such a lovely resort and then be treated like cattle on a 4.5 hour flight back to London.

Many thanks for organizing and we will certainly spread the word."

  • CT 18 July 2010 "We had a wonderful time, indeed. It was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in as the friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The view, the setting, the food, everything was fantastic. It was just really hot and you literally (we all did) burnt your feet on the pavement and on the beach. We recommended you to two families, [names omitted], so let’s see whether they get back to you.

The only thing that was not so great was the kids pool, as it is the deepest pool of all of them and the kids cannot play in there if they cannot swim. There is no shallow pool with just 50-60cm depth in which they could just run around on their own. We also mentioned this to Mr Mavrommatis, the general manager. Also, it would be great if, especially in these temperatures, the kids pool had a canopy/sun shield to allow them to play in the shade as there is nothing there apart form the indoor kids club."
