Carlisle Bay is a very special place and worth the money! A definite 5 out of 5. Wish we could have booked for longer! The only thing was we wish the pool was a tad warmer for children. It's very windy in Antigua at this time of year so the pool was a little chilly but that's all I can think of that needed improvement!"

"We had a lovely time, thank you. I would certainly give Carlisle Bay a 5. We had a couple of very minor niggles not worth mentioning and we would certainly go back there which I can’t say we have said about any other hotel. The hotel is absolutely what your remit is about – a luxury hotel for families with no loss of service or facilities. Our kids enjoyed the few activities they did (and these are kids that never take part in kids’ club activities). They would have done more but we had hired a car to explore so it was a bit of a tug of war at times as they wanted to stay at the hotel. If I had one piece of advice for your customers it would be to take their own bucket and spades – there are a couple at the hotel and some other beach toys but not many and not great ones anyway. We loved Antigua too and think it is a very easy long haul destination for Brits to visit.
I would be only too happy to recommend your services – I don’t have anyone specific in mind at the moment but I would certainly refer anyone appropriate who comes across my radar and will come back to you for future hotel stays (we usually do villa holidays as Jon is fairly antisocial…).
Thanks for all your help on this one."

After a slightly fractious journey with the little one we were a bit nervous when we got there, but the room was fantastic and all the equipment we needed (sterilizer, nappies, wipes, cot etc) was there ready for us. I thought the service in particular was exceptional and all the staff were so friendly and eager to help – genuinely nothing was too much trouble. We had our room which opened right out onto the beach (perfect for when E was sleeping inside – we could get some rays and room service on the beach!) and we also thought that the food was delicious – a great variety to choose from and all of an excellent standard – again, higher than expected. We will definitely go back again at some stage and would thoroughly recommend Carlisle Bay as a family resort - there was loads to do for all of us. I also thought that your service at Tots Too was excellent (delighted to have found you) and we will definitely be using you again too!"
