  • KDS 06 March 2014 "We had a fabulous time at the Four Seasons in Sharm. The suite was of the excellent standard you would expect from the Four Seasons and service is too (if sometimes a little over zealous).
They treat children with care and respect, unlike some hotels that seem to find them an annoyance. The restaurants have great opening hours which means you can always feed your child as they suddenly decide they are hungry - right now!
Of the two children’s pools the one closer to the beach is a good size with plenty of sun loungers and a better choice as the upper one is used by the kids club. The kids club do a range of good activities. As our son is only two, we stopped by one afternoon for cookie decorating which he loved.
Overall we had a lovely relaxing time and would definitely go back and have already recommended both Tots Too and the resort to our friends and colleagues."

  • Anon by request 07 October 2012 "We had a lovely holiday at the Four Seasons Sharm el Sheikh. The accommodation was spacious and clean and the facilities, especially the Kids Club, were fantastic. I liked the fact that we didn't have to pay extra to use the Kids Club facilities and they were very flexible about letting us stay with the children if we wanted to.

The only hiccup was that we had to move accommodation half way through the stay because there was an infestation of red ants in the childrens' bedroom, but the hotel sorted us out with an alternative apartment very quickly."

  • CM 02 October 2012 "Thank you for organising our family holiday last week. It was fantastic! The hotel was everything we hoped for and more - the suite was perfect for the family, such friendly staff, beautiful grounds and wonderful beach. The snorkelling was amazing - the house reef at the Four Seasons was incredible; so convenient just at the end of the jetty, while being unspoiled and full of amazing fish."

  • JI 29 April 2012 "We had a great time, the hotel was wonderful and the weather was blissful. I attach a photos of us outside the hotel.

The service was great as was the surroundings, everything went very smoothly and we had a really wonderful escape!

Many thanks for your help in organising our holiday."

  • SB 12 April 2012 "Just wanted to say thank you to Tots Too for arranging another wonderful holiday for us, this time to the Four Seasons in Egypt. This is our third holiday with you and we and the kids had a great time, thank you again."

  • SS 25 March 2012 "The hotel was amazing and our 2 year old was literally treated like a princess - the staff could not do enough for her and when she's happy, we're happy! We stayed in the 2 bedroom garden Gezira suite, which was so spacious and had everything we needed. It was close enough to all the amenities, yet we still had privacy.
The food was great and the hotel makes a real effort to make things easy for you when you have children by arranging children's meals at earlier times and providing plastic cutlery and plates etc. We only used the kids club once and even though it is for slightly older children, the staff did painting and necklace making with our daughter which she really enjoyed.

Nearly everyday was spent by the pool or on the beach, where staff were always on hand to help with whatever you needed. Both my husband and I went to the spa for massages and had really enjoyed them. We were expecting them to be much more expensive but they were actually on a par with London prices.

Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone with a young family and urge people not to be put off by the 5 hour flight as an amazing holiday will be missed!"

  • Anon by request 13 February 2012 "Resort was very good, staff very friendly and we would have no hesitation going back. We do not use the kids clubs in these places. We were very happy with the holiday. "

  • CC 03 January 2011 "We were very happy with our holiday to the Four Seasons. We were received promptly by a representative at the airport and the journey to the hotel was short. Also the 3 car seats as requested were there for both journeys which is a rarity! Nice reception at the hotel, with a T-shirt, slippers and named cookies for the kids which were a big hit. Staff were remarkably friendly at all times throughout the resort, room service was fast, lots of free fresh water and towels available.

The rooms, beds and bathrooms were lovely.
The pools were heated which was great for this time of year.
Most afternoons there was a free childrens buffet by the childrens pool from 12-3 which was very handy and the food quite good.
Glass bottom boat ride was a big hit.

Negatives: Children's club was disappointing, not much going on and not many toys and no night entertainment for the kids. Also my daughter was bitten quite badly by mosquitos on the 3rd night all over her face and hands as well as the baby. Thankfully the staff were quicky to respond and sprayed the room and then provided a mossie net for the baby only as well as advice to keep doors shut in the evening etc. It would also be nice to have the option for mossie nets for the kids/us as after speaking with a member of staff he and his family always sleep under them during the winter.

Would go back again hopefully to snorkel."

  • AMO 20 June 2008 I travelled to Egypt in 2008 and spent 2 nights at the Four Seasons Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. When our clients travel with us they are looked after by the Akorn Ground Agent and met as soon as you arrive in to the airport, the agent helps obtain visas and sees you safely through passport control out to the private vehicle that is waiting for you. The hotel is only ten minutes from the airport although is in a quite area and is around ten minutes by taxi to Naama Bay.

We were met with a cool towel and an even cooler drink and were shown to our room on one of the hotel's many buggies which take clients around the resort. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with Sea View and on first impressions I thought the room was not only huge it was beautiful. You have your own private walled garden, an open plan sitting area with bedroom and then a dressing room, walk in wardrobe and huge bathroom with separate bath and shower.

We spent the afternoon down at the large heated swimming pool soaking up the rest of the afternoon sun and sipping fruit cocktails. The service here was impeccable as with all areas of the resort in any restaurant or bar, nothing is too much trouble and there are so many little touches in the room and at pool and beach that really make the trip, although I shall not spoil all of this for you by giving away all their secrets.

The hotel also boasts a number of one bedroom suites great for families of 4 with their separate bedroom and living area although it is also well worth considering a Gezirah Suite for families as this gives 2 separate bedrooms with a living area and kitchenette, a real home from home. Great for the little ones as it is right next to the kids club and near to the kids pool. Babysitting is available and the hotel will arrange bottle warmers, nappies etc through room service and will even supply an amenity pack for your first night in resort.

The hotel has a fabulous spa and gymnasium. I enjoyed a massage with my boyfriend in the couple's room. Even if you do not want to have a treatment you can still use the sauna, steam and Jacuzzi but its great to spend some time here before a massage to really help you to relax and unwind. The staff are very friendly and with a range of treatments available you are sure to come away feeling relaxed and renewed.

There are a choice of restaurants although breakfast is served in the Arabesque restaurant and it was amazing. The best buffet I have ever seen with fresh stations available for fruit, eggs, pancakes etc Everything you could possibly wish for and as they stay open until late you may not even need lunch. Although if you do they serve light snacks, sandwiches, pizzas at the bars and you can order room service anytime of day, which is great if you are arriving in late. I thought the food was great but with the current exchange perhaps a little pricey and there was not a huge selection of wine.

Overall I loved my time at this hotel, I only spent 2 nights here, 3 days but I genuinely felt like I had been there a week as it was so peaceful within hours I was relaxing and getting into holiday mode. The resort is stunning with its Arabian decor, immaculate grounds, fantastic facilities and fabulous staff. I would highly recommend this resort to families, couples, and solo travelers seeking relaxation, spa treatments and yoga.
