The menu changes on a daily basis and utilises ingredients from the hotel’s own garden to create a mixture of Cypriot, Mediterranean and Asian dishes. The Chefs at the Anassa are keen to please and are able to offer alternative meals for those with special dietary needs.

Accommodation is varied to suit your needs. Rooms have been elegantly finished in a cool Mediterranean style and include and a balcony or terrace. Suites either have a view of the hotels secluded gardens or the areas beautiful coastline.
