Take the trip of a lifetime with your little ones, and at just the right pace to enjoy, experience and be astounded while still enjoying quality free time as a family. There is so much to discover, yet its important to strike a balance between seeing the sights and having some downtime. That’s why this itinerary has been thoughtfully planned, tried and tested by an esteemed Sunday Times journalist who traveled with his small children.

Your trip will start in Delhi, the third largest city in India, before moving onto Jaipur and then some beach time in Goa. You will be taking in painted elephants, fantastic forts, jeep safaris, boat trips, colourful bustling markets and a stunning beach during this 14-day itinerary. India with kids is exciting, educational and magical all at the same time.

Hotels have been chosen for their suitability for families and offer luxury facilities giving you a chance to unwind between adventures.

Day 1/2

Arrive in Delhi to be greeted by the VIP rep who will help you through the airport and take you to the Lodhi hotel. Spend the morning relaxing and unwind after your journey in this cool and spacious contemporary hotel. The afternoon can be spent taking in some of the local places of interest including the Humayan Garden Tomb, Shankars doll museum and the rail museum with a private guide.
