The children had a wonderful time and enjoyed going to the club where again the staff were outstanding. I really felt that I was able to unwind on this holiday. Food was excellent. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Fab service from you as always."

"We've just returned from a wonderful holiday at Vila Vita Parc The staff are incredible, very personable and determined to make visitors feel welcome. Excellent customer service is apparent throughout the entire operation of the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble - and in the true spirit of a five star location, the staff seemed to anticipate any needs. Breakfast was lovely, lunch around the pool was great and dinner in the resturant Bela Vita was superb. Our little boy was treated like a little prince!
We never felt the need to leave the hotel. Mini golf was a treat - and, there's a large, well-equipped and well maintained outdoor play centre with great equipment, in a location well shaded from the sun. The Kids Club is absolutely brilliant. My little boy is normally reluctant to go to Kids Club, but here we had a job to get him out - with large, spacious facilites, excellent games and facilites - all manned by extremely competent staff.
Younger guests and older guests all seemed to get along fine - there's plenty of room and facilities for everyone to enjoy the perfect holiday.
We travelled with Tots Too, the family travel specialists. They arranged free transfers from and to the airport, with the correct car seat and all other details thought through. This is our second break with Tots Too (we had a blissful week in November at Tenerife's Hotel Abama) and we highly recommend them. They offer a great, personalised service."

"We had such a fantastic time. We would like to thank you especially for sorting out those great rooms, 204 & 205. The best possible rooms for us. If we would ever go there again, that's were we would want to stay again!
We loved the hotel. The settings, lush gardens and the beach were beautiful. Our daughter loved the kids club too.
The only downside was the inaccessibility of some areas with our buggy as well as the poor quality of the kids food. For a hotel that serves such fantastic food to us adults it was a shame to get mostly only frozen and processed food for the kids. Our 4 year old daughter does appreciate freshly cooked food as much as we do and she did struggle to eat anything served to her. To pay €9 for a plate of processed fish fingers (not even fillet) with chips (no greens on side) was not acceptable.
Also, sharing the hotel and pool with lots of Germans (I'm one myself) it is frustrating to see them putting their towels down at 7am in the morning even though they only show up at 10am after breakfast. At a hotel of this class I would expect different. With a new baby we had a slightly different schedule than other families and we found it frustrating to come to the pool in the afternoon and not being able to get a lounger, even though many of them were only reserved by towels and books but no occupants in sight for hours.
Anyways, we had an absolutely lovely time and would happily go there again. Thanks so much for organising."
