Mas de Thau

The picturesque former winery has been treated to a sophisticated renovation as luxurious country estate, just a few miles from the coast and with a focus on family. Mas de Thau is a collection of 6 luxury gîtes set in 20 hectares of idyllic, sprawling grounds in the private domain of St Martin du Pin. Nestled among vineyards in the middle of the beautiful, unspoiled French countryside, Mas de Thau offers a luxurious retreat away from the bustle of everyday life that both parents and children will enjoy.

The gîtes have been lovingly converted, each has its own style while making sure to retain original features such as exposed beams and stone walls. Each Gite has its own fully equipped, self-contained kitchen and private outside space for dining and relaxing, whether a garden, terrace or roof terrace with stunning views. With daily breakfast, welcome pack of goodies upon arrival and fresh daily homemade meals cooked by the chef and delivered to your gite or to be taken at the kitchen, with a bottle of wine. Each Sunday evening a welcome meal will be prepared by the chef and shared together on the terrace at Le Bar de Mas. Your children will eat a simpler dinner and will be looked after by the nannies whilst adults eat, drink and enjoy delicious local food and wine together.

Guests can enjoy the 2 beautiful swimming pools, one with a children’s pool and Jacuzzi or read a book in the shade, walk or cycle in the vines, play petanque, pet the animals, have a drink at the bar, or simply relax in the sun.  There is so much space to explore!

The creche and kids’ club takes care of children from 3 months old upwards. The Kids HQ, open daily has been specifically built and has a modern and efficient air conditioning system, a play room, an enclosed terrace, a kitchen and a resting room. For the big kids there is plenty from outdoor activities such as visiting the park, treasure hunts, meeting the animals, construction projects etc.

With an array of activities from water skiing, water rafting, tree climbing and more this region is perfect for family explorers looking for adventure. Alternativley you can relax at the wellness center situated in the farmhouse, you can be pampered with a massage or a beauty treatment with «Josiane Laure : Laure’s secrets”, or relax with a cup of tea or a refreshment in the Tisanerie
